Karkalla (Carpobrotus rossii) – Tucker Bush is a hardy Australian native succulent groundcover with fleshy green leaves and bright pink daisy-like flowers, followed by edible fruits with a salty, tangy flavour. Growing around 4–8 in (10–20 cm) tall and spreading 3–6 ft (1–2 m) wide, it is ideal for coastal gardens, erosion control, and bush tucker landscapes.
